Henry Bergmann

“He’ll be missed” is an understatement to say the least. Bill was my supervisor at Bell Labs for a number of years and a good friend even longer…greater than fifty years. Aside from his wealth of knowledge of the radio studies in which he engaged, he was always understanding and considerate of his fellow colleagues and those reporting to Bill. Personally, I have much for which to be thankful to Bill; for his confidence in my ability to undertake various tasks associated with our radio activities. Thanks to Bill, he provided me with numerous opportunities to further my career and to continue my work here at AT&T. I repeat again that Bill will be missed by all, especially by myself. Rest in peace my dear friend and may your family take consultation that you are now in the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hank Bergmann
