I am so saddened to hear of Carol's passing... Carol was my 1st boss at my 1st career job out of college in NYC. When I was a bit lost and out of my element, she was always a calm guiding mentor. I loved Carol's passion and love for the work she did and had always admired her ability to take such a risk to jump into a field so different from her background and education just to follow a passion for knitting and master an entirely new avocation completely on her own. I am pleased to know that she spent her last days surrounded by the love of family and friends. I pray that the celebration of her life will bring peace and that her memory might be eternal.
